The website informs healthcare organisations about the Kelia service and lets them get in touch without obligation. No paid contract is concluded and no user account is created through the website.
Using the website is free of charge. We aim for uninterrupted availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, further development or faults may temporarily restrict access.
The content shown on this website is for information. Kelia is a supportive companion service and not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Kelia does not replace psychotherapy or medical advice. Figures and example journeys are illustrative where marked as such and are not warranted characteristics.
We are liable under the applicable statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Liability for personal injury is unaffected.
Content, design and the “Kelia” trade mark are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any use beyond what the law permits requires our prior consent.

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As far as legally permitted, the courts of Vienna have jurisdiction.
Exception for consumers: if you are habitually resident in another country and are acting for private purposes, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are unaffected by this choice of law (Article 6 Rome I Regulation). The jurisdiction clause does not apply to you: you may sue us in the courts where you live, and we may only sue you there.
If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
